The car was produced from 1985 to 1995, it was clasiffied as a mid-size luxury car. The car was sold mostly in North America and parts of China. There were two different body styles of this car – 4–door sedan and 2-door coupe. It is the North American version of Honda Legend with a 2.5 L C25A V6 151 hp (113 kW) or 2.7 L C27A 161 hp (120 kW) engines in first generation cars and 3.2 L C32A V6 engine in second generation cars. Acura Legend as a luxury car had a lot of features such as speed-sensitive steering, four wheel ABS disc brakes, climate control, telephone which was hand-free, heated mirrors and vacuum-operated doors in coupe versions of the car.
