Chrysler Fifth Avenue is a 4-door sedan that was produced since 1983 to 1993. Originally, Fifth Avenue was a trim level that was available in earlier models, large sedans, of Chrysler. First generation of these vehicles was produced from 1982 to 1989. The car, that was built on Chrysler M platform, had 5.2 L V8 engine and one of two available 3-speed automatic gearboxes. At the peak, in 1986, there were 118 000 units of first generation Fifth Avenue produced. Second generation was released in 1990 and was being manufactured until 1993. These models had its base from Chrysler Y platform, were available with 3.8 L EGA V6 or 3.8 L EGH V6 engine and 4-speed automatic transmission.
