Alpina B10 Bi-Turbo is a high performance version of BMW 5 series E34 that was produced from 1989 to 1994.  There were 507 cars produced in total. Comparing to the original model, this modification had forged Mahle units in the place of stock pistons, two Garrett T25 water-cooled turbochargers, Bosch variable boost control. All these upgrades increased power of the stock engine by 152 hp (110 kW). There were also some upgrades to the suspension.
