Cadillac BLS is a 4-door sedan or 5-door estate compact executive class car that was produced between 2005 and 2010. The car is basically a restyled and upgraded Saab 9-3 because Cadillac decided to cooperate with Saab when developing this model. It was intended to sell this model in Europe also in Arabian, Mexican, South African, and South Korean markets, but the model was not popular and only after a few years of manufacturing it was cancelled. BLS received 1.9 L turbodiesel I4, 2.0 L turbocharged I4 or 2.8 L V6 engine. Name of BLS relates to vice chairman of General Motors Bob Lutz ( "Bob Lutz Special").
