Chevrolet Corvette is a sports car that has a body of coupe or convertible. First model was released in 1953, since then 7 generations were released. Corvette could be identified as one of the most famous and popular Chevrolet models. Car got its name form corvette – maneuverable warship. First generation of Corvette was produced between 1953 and 1963, second between 1963 and 1967, third between 1968 and 1982, forth between 1984 and 1996, fifth from 1997 to 2004, sixth from 2005 to 2013, seventh was released in 2014 and is still manufactured nowadays. Model received many awards during over 60 years of manufacturing. Until today, there are about 1.6 million of Corvettes produced.
