Derways is a Russian automotive company, part of Mercury Group, that was founded in 2003. It is the first private car manufacturer in Russia. Derways sells cars to the local market and it also has a joint venture with Chinese car manufacturers Lifan Group and Liaoning SG Automotive Group and mostly Chinese cars are being produced by this company. This manufacturer has two plants and there are about 100 000 units yearly created with a help of 3000 employees.
