Ford Contour is also known as Ford Modea. It was marketed in North America with the name of Ford Contour. It was being manufactured by American automaker Ford from 1996 to 2000. It was a four-door lift back saloon with front-engine and four-wheel drive layout. It was also sold as a  two-wheel drive layout model. It was successor to Ford Sierra and Mercury Topaz. The body shape of car was related to Ford Cougar. It was launched with five-speed manual transmission. It was also available with four-speed automatic transmission.
